210.01 DUTIES OF CLERK.

The person elected by Council as the Clerk of Council, in addition to the ordinary duties to be performed by such person as Clerk of Council, shall also perform the duties of Secretary to the Mayor, Secretary to the Safety-Service Director, Clerk of the Civil Service Commission and Clerk of the Recreation Board.
