208.01 PURCHASING OF FUEL FOR MUNICIPAL VEHICLES.

The City shall assign a number to each of its vehicles, and all departments and employees who purchase fuel for City vehicles from an approved vendor shall cause such vehicle number to be entered upon the purchase record. The Auditor shall maintain a list of such numbered vehicles and shall review fuel purchase records to determine if all purchases are authorized and valid.
