862.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

The City declares that a Port Authority is hereby established and created within and embracing the entire territory of the City of Kenton pursuant to Ohio R.C. Section 4582.22, to operate under Ohio R.C. Sections 4582.21 through 4582.71, as amended.
