1606.02 FIRE ZONES.
   (a)   The Fire Chief is hereby authorized to establish fire zones, being the distance to and from the location of a fire, as he deems necessary.
   (b)   Fire zones established pursuant to subsection (a) hereof shall be marked and designated by a sign at approaches thereto. The sign shall read "Fire Zone."
   (c)   No person shall drive into, or park any vehicle within the limits of a fire zone established pursuant to subsection (a) hereof. This subsection shall not apply to fire trucks or fire equipment.
