CHAPTER 280 Municipal Court

   EDITOR’S NOTE: The Kenton Municipal Court is established by Ohio R.C. 1901.01. Ohio R.C. 1901.02 provides that the jurisdiction of the Court extends, in addition to the corporate limits of the City, to Pleasant, Buck, Goshen, Dudley, Hale, Taylor Creek, Lynn, McDonald, Cessna, Blanchard, Roundhead, Washington and Jackson Townships in Hardin County.
