(a) The Rules and Regulations of the Shade Tree Commission, which provides for the care, preservation, trimming, planting and removal of certain trees within the City, a current copy of which is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council, and which may from time to time be amended by the Commission, is hereby adopted by Council in its entirety.
(b) Whoever violates any provision of the Rules and Regulations adopted in subsection (a) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense.
