1435.10 PREVENTATIVE ACTIONS.

The authority to refuse, revoke or suspend permits and to issue orders and notices of violation, as well as the imposition of any other penalty provided in this chapter, shall not preclude the Director of Law from initiating and prosecuting an action necessary to enjoin, restrain or prevent an unlawful demolition.
