276.02 ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMISSION.

There is hereby established a Shade Tree Commission for the City of Kenton, Ohio, which Commission shall consist of eight members, to be filled as follows:

(a) Five residents of the City of Kenton shall be appointed by the Mayor.

(b) The Mayor, the Parks and Recreation Director and a representative of Council appointed by the Mayor shall serve as ex-officio members of the Commission.
