Whoever, being a principal, agent, contractor, subcontractor, officer, servant or employee, for himself or for any other person, violates or neglects or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
