1434.07 PASTING TO BE SECURE.

No paper, cloth or advertising matter shall be allowed to hang loose from any billboard, signboard or other similar structure erected or maintained for advertising purposes, but the same shall be kept securely posted or otherwise fastened to the surface thereof.
