1434.02 MINIMUM SPACE BETWEEN BASE AND GROUND.

No person, firm or corporation, shall erect or maintain within the City any billboard, signboard or other similar structure used for the advertising of goods, wares or merchandise, or anything or event whatever, or on which the advertisement is displayed, which billboard, signboard or other structure has an open space of less than eighteen inches clear between the bottom or base thereof and the surface of the ground.
