1402.32 PREVENTATIVE ACTIONS.

The authority to refuse, revoke or suspend permits and to issue orders and notices of violation, as well as the imposition of any other penalty provided in this chapter, shall not preclude the Solicitor from initiating and prosecuting action necessary to enjoin, restrain or prevent an unlawful erection construction, alteration, repair, conversion or demolition.
