1402.30 DISREGARD OF NOTICE AND ORDER.

When a notice of violation and order is disregarded and the permit holder refuses or fails to comply with the same, the Safety-Service Director shall transmit the file relating to the matter, along with its report, to the office of the Solicitor. The office of the Solicitor may initiate and prosecute any action necessary to enjoin, restrain or compel compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
