1402.07 MATERIALS AND METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent the use of any material or method of construction, whether or not specifically provided for in this chapter, if, upon presentation of plans, methods or analysis, test data or other necessary information, the Safety-Service Director is satisfied that the proposed material or method of construction complies with specific provisions of or conforms to the intent of this chapter.
