1402.06 MAINTENANCE AND USE OF BUILDINGS.

No person shall maintain, occupy or use a building or structure, or part thereof, that has been erected or altered in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, and no building or structure shall be occupied unless it is in a safe and habitable condition as prescribed in this chapter.
