The duties of the Citizens Advisory Committee shall be to research, deliberate and advise Council on various matters, including, but not limited to:
(a) Sites and methods of construction of new fire, police, judicial and administrative facilities;
(b) Methods of financing;
(c) Redevelopment of commercial areas;
(d) Traffic flow;
(e) Parking;
(f) Other capital improvement;
(g) Methods of attracting appropriate industry to generate jobs;
(h) Explanations of programs to the electorate; and
(i) Coordination of activities with other areas of government and private enterprise.
