(a) Membership in the Citizens Advisory Committee shall include:
(1) Any former member of the Kenton Advisory Committee on Local Government;
(2) Two representatives from organized labor;
(3) Representatives of the financial community; and
(4) Representatives from other special areas necessary to carry out the duties of the Committee.
(b) Ex officio and nonvoting members of the Committee shall be:
(1) The Mayor;
(2) The Safety-Service Director;
(3) The President of Council; and
(4) Not more than three Councilmen, appointed by the Mayor, all of whom shall act as liaison with the City government and as resource persons.
(c) Any resident member of the Committee who resigns shall be replaced by an election by the majority of the remainder of the Committee.
