There is hereby established an Investment Advisory Board, which shall be comprised of the duly elected and acting Mayor, Auditor and Treasurer of the City. The duties of the Board shall, without limitation, include the authority to invest active and interim funds of the City and to determine the amounts of such funds to be invested and the types of investments permitted by law that are best suited to the conditions existing at the time such funds are invested.
