The following minimum requirements shall be observed, except as otherwise provided in this Zoning Code:

Dwellings or residential parts of non-residential buildings are not permitted in the M-1 District. Lot area, frontage and yard requirements for dwellings existing at the time of the enactment of this Zoning Code (Ordinance 1420, passed February 28, 1966) shall be as provided in Chapter 1252 for the R-2 District.
