260.03 POWERS.

The Recreation Board shall be vested with all powers enumerated under Ohio R.C. 755.12 to 755.18 and in particular shall have the power to equip, operate and maintain playgrounds, playfields, swimming pools and recreation centers and shall possess all the powers and be subject to all the responsibilities of the respective local authorities under Ohio R.C. 755.12 to 755.18.
