260.02 MEMBERSHIP.

The Recreation Board shall consist of five persons, two of whom shall be members of the Board of Education of the City. Members of the Board shall serve without pay, shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve for terms of five years, or until their successors are appointed, except that the member of the first Board shall be appointed for such terms that the term of one member shall expire annually thereafter.
