1262.05 LOT AREA, FRONTAGE AND YARD REQUIREMENTS.
   The following minimum requirements shall be observed, except as otherwise provided in this Zoning Code:
   (a)   Commercial Uses. None.
   (b)   Residential Uses. The same as is the R-2 District.
