For all zoning certificates there shall be a fee as follows:
Value of Building | Fee |
To and including $1,000 | $3.00 minimum |
For each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof, up to and including, $15,000 | .50 per $1,000 |
For each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof, up to and including $50,000 | .25 per $1,000 |
For each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof, exceeding $50,000 | .10 per $1,000 |
