(a) No person shall be or remain upon the property belonging to, leased to, or under control of the City presently being used as public playgrounds and recreation areas, namely Murray Park (formerly known as Ellis Park and commonly referred to as Cherry Street Park), the C.E. Wharton Memorial Park, the Pioneer Cemetery Park, the Waterworks Ballpark, the Kenton Municipal Swimming Pool, and the surrounding property and the playground site at the France Lake- Saulisberry Park, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except City officials, employees, or other persons having legitimate business thereon.

(b) The Safety-Service Director is hereby authorized and directed to erect appropriate signs in order to give the public notice of the prohibitions contained in this section.
