1048.08 STREET OPENING PERMIT; FEE.

No street or public right of way shall be opened for purposes of connection of a lateral to a main sewer line until a street opening permit has been issued by the Safety-Service Director. The fee for such permit shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
