1048.07 EAST INTERCEPTOR SEWER FUND.

All moneys derived from both front foot assessment charges and building square foot assessment charges shall be paid into a fund to be known as the East Interceptor Sewer Fund and shall be used to retire indebtedness of the City upon the East Interceptor Sewer and to provide for maintenance and repair of such sewer.
