Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. A violation of Section 1044.05 or 1044.06 shall be deemed committed upon the refusal of the owner to remove the nuisance within thirty days of the date of receipt by him or her of written notice from the City to remove such nuisance.
