1044.11 PLASTIC PIPE.

The City is hereby authorized to install or approve for installation within the City, and to accept on behalf of the City, sanitary sewer lines constructed of plastic material which meets or exceeds the standards established by the U.S.E.P.A. for such material for use in sanitary sewer lines.
