The Finance Director is hereby authorized to sell a copy of the Codified Ordinances of the City to any person, firm or corporation upon request, upon payment to the Finance Director of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) for each copy of such Ordinances. The Finance Director is further authorized to charge a fee of five dollars ($5.00) when mail delivery is requested.
