113.03 FUNDS; RESPONSIBILITY.
   It shall be the responsibility of a particular department, board or commission to determine that the contemplated purchase of materials, supplies or equipment will not exceed the funds appropriated for that particular item. (Ord. 1977-216. Passed 12-21-77.)
113.04 PURCHASING PROCEDURES.
   Each department, board or commission shall comply with the purchasing procedures established by the Finance Director. When a question of doubt arises, it shall be the obligation of the particular City department, board or commission to consult with the Finance Director as to the procedure that will be followed. 113.05 COMPLIANCE.
   Each department, board or commission shall comply with the procedure for expenditure of funds as set forth in Section 8.05 of the City Charter.
