Employment Provisions
   EDITOR'S NOTE: Due to the frequency of change and that many employment provisions are now covered under collective bargaining agreements, compensation and fringe benefits legislation formerly codified in this chapter are not included in these Codified Ordinances. Interested parties may obtain copies of the latest relevant legislation from the Clerk of Council, which legislation also provides for general bonding requirements for most employees.
149.01   Physician's certificate for Safety, Service Department applicants.
149.02   Furnishing certificate on request required.
149.03   Compulsory retirement at age seventy.(REPEALED)
149.04   Certificate required at age sixty-five and annually thereafter.  (REPEALED)
149.05   Deferred compensation
149.06   Laid-off employees who retire; sick leave.
149.07   Membership dues.
149.08   Employee bonding.
