7.03(B)   DIRECTOR OF LAW
      1)   QUALIFICATIONS.
The Director of Law shall be an attorney at law duly admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio. (Amended 11-4-75.)
 
      2)   POWERS AND DUTIES.
The Director of Law shall serve as the chief legal adviser to the Council, the Manager, and all City departments, offices, commissions and agencies, shall represent the City in all legal proceedings and shall perform any other duties prescribed by this Charter or by ordinance.
