The fees for activities and services performed by the Community Development Department in carrying out its responsibilities under this code shall be as indicated below:
(a) Re-inspection Fees. In the event that a property must be re-inspected by the Code Official or other City representative after the initial inspection for compliance, the City may levy a re-inspection fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per re-inspection for each inspection thereafter related to the initial violation event.
