1387.06 ROOFS AND DRAINAGE.

(b) Roof drains, gutters and downspouts shall be maintained in good repair and free from obstructions. Roof drains shall be discharged into the public storm sewer except where no storm sewer exists, whereupon said drainage shall discharge into street gutter or street ditch or swale. (Ord. 1997-88.
