1105.18 CREMATORIES.
   (a)   Potential Concerns.
      (1)   Odors.
      (2)   Hours of Operation.
   (b)   Conditions.
      (1)   Crematories must be located at least six hundred (600) feet from any existing residences.
      (2)   The remains must be removed from the crematory facility within thirty (30) days after the cremation is complete.
