The collection and removal of refuse, solid waste, garbage, rubbish and trash shall be conducted under the supervision, direction and control of the Director of Public Service of the City and the City of Kent Board of Health and in strict conformance with the provisions of this chapter and the rules of the City of Kent Board of Health. The City's Refuse Contractor must adhere to the specific collection logistics as agreed to within the City's Refuse Contract.
