915.75 DIRECTOR’S RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Director shall make and enforce such rules and regulations as he/she may deem necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter for the safe, efficient and economical management of the POTW. Such rules and regulations, when not repugnant to existing ordinances of the City or laws of the State, shall have the same force and effect as ordinances of Council.
