The Director may pay up to two hundred ($200) for information leading to the discovery of noncompliance by a User. In the event that the information provided results in a civil penalty two hundred dollars ($200) levied against the User, the Director may disperse up to Twenty Percent (20%) of the collected fine or penalty to the informant. However, a single reward payment may not one thousand dollars ($1,000).
