915.32 WDP - REISSUANCE.

A User with an expiring WDP shall apply for WDP re-issuance by submitting a complete permit application, in accordance with Section 915.23 of this Ordinance, a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the User’s existing WDP.
