A WDP shall be issued for a specified time period, not to exceed five (5) years from the effective date of the permit. An WDP may be issued for a period less than five (5) years, at the discretion of the Director for good cause shown. Each WDP will indicate a specific date upon which it will become active and a specific date on which it will expire.
