915.25 WDP - DECISIONS.

The Director will evaluate the data furnished by the User and may require additional information. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of a complete permit application, the Director will determine whether to issue an WDP. The Director may deny any application for a WDP for good cause (Ord. 2012-90. Passed 8-15-12.)
