907.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 1990-44. Passed 8-8-90.)
