A decision made under this chapter may be appealed to the Board of Building Code Appeals within ten days of the date of the decision. No precise form of appeal is required, but the City shall provide forms to assist those who want to use them. The person making the appeal and any other person who asks in writing for notice of such appeal shall be notified of the time and place that the appeal will be heard. In considering the appeal, the Board may affirm, modify, extend or overrule the decision in a manner that is consistent with the provisions of this chapter. All decisions of the Board shall be in writing and the decision rendered shall be a final administrative decision.
