905.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor as defined in Section 501.99. Each day such a violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1978-27. Passed 3-1-78.)
