905.09 SIDEWALK EXCAVATIONS.

Any excavation made in any sidewalk or under a sidewalk shall be provided with a substantial and adequate footbridge over such excavation on the line of the side walk, which bridge shall be at least three feet wide and securely railed on each side so that foot passengers can pass over safely at all times. (Ord. 1978-27. Passed 3-1-78.)
