Curb cut permits shall not be issued until provision is made for the restoration of existing curb cuts that are to be abandoned or which will not become a part of the new curb cut. Such restoration shall be at the expense of the owner, and the estimated cost of such restoration shall be deposited with the Director of Service. (Ord. 1962-134. Passed 11-21-62.)
