901.09 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF DRIVEWAY APPROACHES.
   Any person constructing, reconstructing or modifying a driveway approach shall first secure a duly issued permit. (Ord. 1986-4. Passed 1-22-86.)
