737.05 CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP, INTEREST, OR EMPLOYEES.

Every licensee, under the provisions of this chapter, shall inform the City Manager or his/her designee in writing, within five (5) days of any change in: A) persons owning or having an interest in the business, or B) management of the business, or c) the address of the business.
