721.03 DUTY OF BUSINESS OPERATOR.

It shall be the duty of the drive-in business operator to post on the premises in a conspicuous location one or more signs bearing the following legend:

CRUISING IN OR CONGREGATING AND LINGERING OUTSIDE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE IS UNLAWFUL. NO UNOCCUPIED VEHICLE MAY BE LEFT ON THESE PREMISES WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE BUSINESS OPERATOR. (Ord. 1965-29. Passed 3-1-65.)
