701.03 FEES.

All fees, as provided in Section 755.07 of the Air Pollution Control Ordinance of the City of Akron, Ohio, for permits issued within the jurisdiction of this Board, shall be accounted for and paid over in full to the Board of Health of the Kent City Health District.
